A holiday at the Lafreiderhof near the Dolomites offers a variety of excursion and hiking opportunities.

Far from the tourist crowds, the Lafreiderhof farm is located just outside Castelrotto and has a beautiful view of the Renon/Ritten Mountain. You can easily reach us by car as well as on public transport.

Arrival by car: on the A22 Brennero motorway coming from the north (Austria) or south, take the "Chiusa/Klausen" exit, take the second exit at the roundabout and shortly afterwards turn immediately left in the direction of Bolzano/Bozen. After 7 kilometres you are in Ponte Gardena/Waidbruck, where you should turn left towards Val Gardena/Gröden. Immediately thereafter there is a roundabout; here, you take the first exit in the direction of Castelrotto/Kastelruth. After 3.5 kilometres, turn right towards St. Oswald. The Lafreiderhof is at the end of the road.

You can travel comfortably and sustainably using public transport. The train takes you from Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the rest of Italy to Ponte Gardena/Waidbruck. From there, bus 170 will take you to the St. Oswald stop, which is only 350 metres from the Lafreiderhof.

The nearby Bolzano airport also offers regular flight connections from various airports in Europe.
