Harvest and "Törggelen" time in the Valle Isarco
Take advantage of the balmy autumn days and the last rays of sunshine for relaxing walks and enjoyable evenings in the farm inn.
Not only does peace return to nature, but the crowds of tourists in the villages slowly begin to diminish again. Only the vineyards of the Valle Isarco are still bustling with activity, because the sweet grapes have to be harvested and processed quickly - as is the case at the Lafreiderhof farm. The last warm rays of sunshine can best be enjoyed on a hike in the Dolomites with all their beauty and majestic peaks, and in the evening you can reward yourself with culinary delights at “Törggelen”. The “Buschenschänken” (farm inns) not only serve South Tyrolean culinary specialities such as schlutzkrapfen, butcher's platters or tirtlan, but also the freshly pressed and already slightly fermented "Nuie" new wine.
